How do we get started?
Just fill out the client intake form, you can also request a call from us too. We will then gather more info about your business and your need and create a personalised proposal for you. From there, we create your strategy and content plan — and boom, you’re live!
How far in advance do you create and post content?
Content can be planned and created up to a month in advance so you’ll always have time to review and approve before anything goes live. No surprises, no stress.
What platforms do you post to?
Instagram and Facebook are included in all packages. TikTok and LinkedIn can be added to top-tier packages. If you’ve got a specific platform in mind, just ask!
Do I get to approve the content before it’s posted?
Hell yes. You’ll always review your content before it gets scheduled. You’ll have final say — this is a collaboration, not a content takeover.
Does this include engagement or replying to comments and DMs?
Nope — this is content management, not community management. We focus on creating killer content and strategy. If you need someone for engagement, we can add this as an extra.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Yes — we have a 3-month minimum commitment, and here’s why:
Social media growth isn’t instant. It takes consistency, testing and time to really see what hits with your audience and what drives results. A full 3 months gives us the space to work the strategy, adjust based on performance, and build real momentum.
After the first 90 days, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
What if I don’t have brand visuals or a logo yet?
No worries, babe — we can still work together. But if you want to level-up your look, check out our Branding Services for a visual refresh before diving into content.
Can I customise my package?
